It is an administrative document recording the transfer of a large amount of barley and an unknown commodity designated as "regular offering" for two different deities. This tablet dates to the twelfth month of the second regnal year of Amar-Suena, the third ruler of the Third Dynasty of Ur. One corner is rejoined and there is a small chip gone..
