LATE 3RD/EARLY 2ND MILLENNIUM B.C.
A foundation tablet of Sin-Kashid with 5 + 2 lines of text, "Sin-Kashid the powerful male, king of Uruk, the king of Amnanum, provisioner of Eanna, built his royal palace", reign of Sin-Kashid (1865-1804 B.C.), 2 1/8 x 1. in. (5.4 x 4.5 cm.); an Ur III administrative text concerning fifteen workmen for four days, with clear and multiple seal impressions of an individual named Ur Sharra, reign of Shu-Sin (2037-2029 B.C.), Year 1, 2 x 1. in. (5 x 4.3 cm.); another, a receipt for two fattened oxen from a place named Tummal, 1. x 1 1/8 in. (3.2 x 2.8 cm.); another, messenger text, detailing rations of oil, 1 3/16 x 1 in. (3 x 2.4 cm.), both reign of Amar-Sin (2046-2038 B.C.), Year 4; another concerning a cult offering of two fattened oxen, Amar-Sin, Year 8, 1 3/16 x 1 1/8 in. (3 x 2.8 cm.); another, a receipt for a quantity of barley as an offering to Enki, reign of Shulgi (2094-2047 B.C.), Year 1, 1. in. (3.8 cm.) sq.; another concerning issues of oil for various officials received by Nam-Hani, 1 3/16 x 1 5/16 in. (3 x 3.3 cm.); and another small and worn, both 2112-2004 B.C. (8)
